Network-1 is engaged in active licensing discussions with vendors of equipment that  utilizes technology covered by the Remote Power Patent.  These licenses are being offered on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms to manufacturers of IEEE 802.3af-compliant Power Sourcing Equipment (PSEs) and Powered Devices (PDs).
